  1. I wish you the best of luck! This is like “Bridget Jones’ Diary”, only she’s not trying to quit cigarettes or loose weight, haha. At least you know you’re not alone in this craziness called dating. I think what makes it harder now, especially with technology, is that people, especially guys, don’t know how to talk to anyone. It’s all texting, no phone calls. I guess its easier to hide behind text. Live your life and the dream Kate! And best of luck! 🙂

    • You are right about the lack of communicating. Kate is jumping through hoops to ask/answer these guys questions. Hopefully, once she gets to the actual date phase, they will know how to communicate face to face.

  2. This is the best blog I have ever seen. Not only does it capture the female perspective on dating which guys never get a good understanding of, it chronicles the story of a 21st century babe who isn’t afraid to take everything into her own hands. Dating can be awkwardly bad but it can be awkwardly good as well. I LOVE the entry about the guy making the comment about selecting the flavor of gin and you immediately wanting to leave. Also the one about the awkward ice skating and non talking in comparison to the teenagers on the ice was awesome. Amanda’s entries are also phenomenal, as she gives the “bigger picture” entries as a close concerned friend.

Keep the entries coming!!!!! I need more
